Faith Shoes - Nordic ID's RF600 HHT

Faith Shoes use the RF600 from Nordic ID for checking stock availability in an instant. Since the roll out of the equipment, Worldwide Solutions maintain the hand-held terminals and under take ad-hoc repairs. The Worldwide Solutions team are able to assist and support the Faith staff in order to get a fast turn around on the Mobile Terminals, to ensure the products are returned to stores as quickly as possible.

Morrison's - Nordic ID's PL2000 HHT

Morrison's supermarket currently use the Nordic ID PL2000's in store for price markdown and shelf edge labelling purposes, together with the Zebra QL220 mobile printers. As the UK's authorised Nordic ID Repair Centre, Worldwide Solutions service the Morrison's maintenance contracts, together with Ad Hoc repairs, and conduct the installation of Cisco Wireless Infrastructure in store.

Triage Services is the UK's leading independent provider of outsourcing and managed repair solutions to the IT service sector. The Worldwide Solutions repair centre assist with the repair of specialist Hand Held Terminals, namely the Nordic ID's RF600's used for Q-Busting in Woolworth's. The repair technicians at Worldwide turnaround approx 125 RF600's per week, ensuring organisations have the right tools for the job.
