When sending back units for repair, please call the technical
department on 01527 870 849, and have ready the following information:

Nature
of Fault
You will be given a reference number (RMA Number). Please quote
your reference number in all correspondence regarding your repair,
including the documentation inside the returned repair.
This facilitates the booking in process, and allows better
tracking and progression of your repair. Failure to provide
this information will result in a delay in repairing returned
units.
On receipt, items are booked in and checked. A quote is produced
for customer acceptance before the repair proceeds. We quote
the parts needed together with the total repair cost. The equipment
is tested to the highest possible standards before being returned.
We offer support on hardware, database, system software and
application software. The Help Desk is manned between the hours
of 09:00 to 17:00 each working day.
